Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 dependant on experience

Role Description:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for gaining in-depth product knowledge, delivering exceptional customer service, working with the sales team, providing product feedback, analysing competitors, and staying current with industry trends and practices. You will be a key part of delivering commercial success at IMP.
IMP’s suite of Financial Management Solutions help Multi Academy Trusts to remove the faff from MAT Finance. We do this by ensuring that our products, which are cleverly designed specifically for MATs, are uniquely placed to solve the specific challenges that MATs face. Given that we win by helping customers to understand how we can solve their unique challenges, it is vital that we are able to provide a consultative buying process that really understand their needs and effectively translates how IMP products can improve what they do – so a deep understanding if Financial Management Solutions, ideally within Multi Academy Trusts is a must.
Key responsibilities:
Sales support
Qualify and assess needs of prospects to understand challenges with existing solutions
Translate customer requirements into proposed IMP solution(s)
Maintenance of demo database
Develop sales team understanding of products through training and review of demos
Utilising functional expertise to support tender responses
Marketing
Create video content to drive lead generation and support the digital sales strategy
Contributing to, developing, and delivering through leadership content on MAT Financial Management, Effective MAT Operations & other similar topics
Events/Webinars
Support the sales and marketing team at conferences and sales events
Design and deliver bespoke product and sector specific content at customer facing events
Skills, experience, and attributes:
Sound knowledge of MAT Financial Management systems.
Experienced in commercial discussions.
Excellent communication with clear articulation whilst presenting.
A good listener, who can ask great questions to understand the challenges that our prospect
Enjoys working as a team player and collaborating cross-functionally.
Able to keep up to date with the latest government guidance and confident in presenting this to our customers/prospects.
