Role Description:
As a member of the ICFP team, you will be working with customers to migrate, standardise and cleanse the various curriculum planning information from each of the separate systems into IMP’s central planning tool, primarily using Excel for the data manipulation. The maturity of the organisation and quality of previous systems will depict how standardised the incoming information is. In many cases the schools have previously been run as individual organisations with no consideration for the other schools in the groups and will therefore likely have differing data sets. In addition to technical tasks, you will provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the process.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase
- Review the treatments that have been used within each school and in conjunction with IMP’s methodology and the clients’ needs
- Define the best method to build the curriculum plans and ensure the legacy data is migrated in a consistent way
- Meet the curriculum planning requirements of the client
Skills, experience, and attributes:
- Excellent knowledge of Excel - we have an Excel test as an interview stage for this process
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams
- Prior experience of finance system administration/implementation or school finances/curriculum planning is advantageous
- You are an enthusiastic individual with a logical approach to problem solving
- AAT qual, QBE and Part-qual would be advantageous but not essential
