Role Description:
As a Lead Consultant in Implementations, you will be a crucial link between our software solutions and our customers, demonstrating confidence and proficiency in explaining and understanding the nuances of academy finances. Your role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of our software.
Key responsibilities:
Knowledge of Multi Academy Trust Accounting:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of basic academy accounting terms and funding streams.
- Confidently explain financial concepts to clients and internal teams.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans using provided software, outlining timelines, resources, and milestones for software implementations.
- Lead the execution of implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Client Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of client requirements, particularly in the context of academy finances.
Skills, experience, and attributes:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on explaining financial concepts.
- Proven problem-solving skills with an analytical approach to project challenges.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with financial systems would be desirable.
