Job Title: Finance Pre-sales Consultant
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Role Description:
IMP Software are looking for a driven and passionate finance product expert who can provide top tier technical support to the sales team, acting as a trusted advisor to identify customer needs, provide clear answers to prospect queries and deliver first class, engaging product demonstrations to drive sales opportunities forward. IMP are seen as domain experts in the field of MAT Finance with the sector, so it is vital that we are able to demonstrate our deep understanding of this area, this role will be an important part of reinforcing this position, so strong knowledge and experience of MAT Finance is a must.
Key responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Demonstrate the capabilities of IMP systems to prospective and current customers
- Qualify and assess needs of prospects to understand challenges with existing solutions
- Translate customer requirements into proposed IMP solution(s)
- Maintenance of demo database
- Develop the sales teams understanding of products through training and review of demos
- Providing answers and advice for tenders and requests for information
- Collaborate with the sales team throughout the sales cycle, provide technical expertise during negotiations and proposal development
Events/Webinars
- Support the sales and marketing team at conferences and sales events nationally
- Design and deliver bespoke product and sector specific content at customer facing events
- Deliver engaging webinars and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.
Skills, experience, and attributes:
- Sound knowledge of MAT finance systems.
- Excellent communication with clear articulation whilst presenting.
- Enjoys working as a team player and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Able to keep up to date with the latest government guidance and confident in presenting this to our customers/prospects.
- Ideally ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with experience working within a Multi-academy Trust.
